My picoPSU is not powering my device
Make sure you check the following:
Is there a way to some picoPSUs to the Intel D201GLY series boards WITHOUT an ATX Extender?
Yes. You will need to desolder the inductor (grey) that is obstructing the ethernet ports on the board and solder a lower profile inductor.
The Intel D201GLY series boards consumes only 0.4A on the 3.3V rail (this inductor belongs to 3.3V rail) and get a 10x10mm inductor (about 2-4uH with a height under 4mm, if
possible).
This can be purchased at: http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail?name=513-1332-1-ND
My picoPSU-60-WI will not power my system
Please make sure you are not using any devices that consume 12V
(for example, 3.5" drives or CDROMs).
This PSU cannot power 3.5" drives and 5.25" CDROMS. Use 2.5" drives or SlimCDs or flash drives instead. My motherboard has a 24-pin ATX connector. Will a 20-pin ATX power supply (such as the picoPSU series, PW-200 series and M2-ATX) work with it?
In most cases, it will work without any problems.
If you need more power, you can get the
20-pin to 24-pin adapter
or our 24-pin ATX power supplies
(M4-ATX and the
picoPSU-150-XT).
