Touchscreen drivers do not seem to work
  1. Uninstall ALL touchscreen drivers on your system, if there are any.
  2. UNPLUG the USB cable to the monitor before performing the install.
  3. Reboot your system.
  4. It is a good idea to unplug ALL of your USB devices when installing.
  5. Install touchscreen drivers in our files/drivers page.
  6. Plug in the USB cable when indicated or after installation.
  7. Make sure the touchscreen USB is plugged into the correct USB port.
  8. Reboot your system.
How do I calibrate my touchscreen?
  1. Run the touchkit utility.
  2. Press the blinking X for a few seconds until the blinking stops.
  3. The X will move around to different corners of the screen.
  4. Repeat by pressing the X until the calibration ends.
The PS/2 touchkit driver is not loaded properly when the panel is touched during system booting up in Windows 2000
Avoid touching the touch panel when booting up the system.
Touchkit driver for DOS cannot be installed if autoexec.bat file does not exist in the system
Create an empty autoexec.bat for installation.
Touchkit driver for Win9X RS232 model might be disabled after system reboot if the Logitech mouseware installed
  1. modify the registry for Logitech mouseware so that it will not scan the COM port where the touchkit RS232 controller attached
  2. run regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Logitech\MouseWare\CurrentVersion\Global
  3. right click on PortSearchOrder and choose the amend command
  4. remove the COM port which TouchKit uses
  5. save the registry
Windows 9X causing page fault blue screen when touching the touch panel during system booting up for PS/2 model
Avoid touching the touch panel when booting up the system.
Touchkit USB controller with firmware version 2.08 causes system BIOS to hang when the system boots up
Disconnect the touchkit USB controller. Change the BIOS setting that [USB Legacy Device] to disabled and then reboot.
Touchkit driver for DOS hangs the system when a serial mouse is connected to the COM port
Remove the serial mouse or change the Touchkit port I/O address to avoid conflict same I/O address with the serial mouse.
